I. Overview of Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer Equipment

The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is widely used for drying and cooling powdered and granular materials. The material enters the machine through the feed inlet and, under the action of vibrational force, is continuously thrown forward along the horizontal direction on the bed plate. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed plate to exchange heat with the wet material. The evaporated moisture is discharged with the exhaust gas through the air outlet, while some fine powder is collected by the cyclone separator and bag dust collector. The dried product is discharged from the outlet.

II. Features of Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer Equipment

1. The bed plate is laser-perforated, effectively preventing deformation that occurs during ordinary perforation processes.

2. The lower bed body is supported by stainless steel seamless tubes, making the structure more robust and extending the equipment's service life.

3. The material is heated evenly with sufficient heat exchange, resulting in high drying intensity and approximately 30% energy savings compared to ordinary dryers.

4. The fluidization is stable, with no dead corners or blow-through phenomena.

5. It causes minimal damage to the material surface, making it suitable for drying or cooling fragile materials. Even with irregularly shaped particles, the working efficiency remains unaffected.

6. The fully sealed structure effectively prevents cross-contamination between the material and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
